A conceptual three-piece recruitment campaign consisting of a print poster, Instagram post, and Instagram Story. The campaign promotes career opportunities across UC Davis Health while highlighting key employment incentives. Each piece maintains UC Davis Health's recognizable blue and gold identity while adapting the messaging and composition to its specific format.
The print poster contains the most information of the three pieces, highlighting career opportunities, employee benefits, starting pay, and a QR code call to action. To capture the attention of people passing by, I used an image of two smiling employees beneath the headline “Launch Your Career,” creating an immediate connection between the message and the people behind UC Davis Health.
The Instagram post takes a bolder approach, using UC Davis Health’s recognizable blue and gold, with blue serving as the base to help the graphic cut through the noise of an Instagram feed. The design centers around the concept “Your Path Starts Here,” with a literal path connecting the UC Davis Health logo to the “Apply Today” call to action, encouraging viewers to begin their career journey at UC Davis Health.
The Instagram Story takes a more minimal approach, designed to quickly capture attention as viewers move through their Stories. The message immediately communicates that UC Davis Health is hiring, while a warm sunset image of the hospital creates an inviting backdrop and keeps the organization itself visually connected to the message.
